We only ship within the United States, Canada and Western Europe via USPS and do not refund shipping or pay for return shipping. We ask that you allow up to two weeks before shipping for production, as everything is handmade, to order.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from us via our website are eligible for refund to the original method of payment provided approval is confirmed in advance and the general policy is abided by.

Returns of full-priced merchandise in original condition and accompanied by sales receipt may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. If you wish to make a return, please email info@schylergately.com with details.
